If you are happy with our price we will arrange to do the job at a time that suits you.
If you have large items you wish to keep we will be happy to transport items locally at a small extra cost.
All items are cleared from the property which can include removing old carpets etc. if required.
All items that are to be disposed of are taken to responsible licensed waste transfer stations.
All our work is carried out by dedicated, experienced and friendly house clearance staff.
We recycle as many items as possible, enabling us to offer the most environmentally friendly solution.
HOUSE CLEARANCE PRICES
There are three factors that influence the cost;
The labour required to move and load the items
The cost of disposal of the items cleared
The resale value of the items to be cleared*
*If there is any items with a large re-sale value such as antique furniture, collectable’s, works of art, or high value quality furniture we will sometimes make you an offer for the items ourselves which will be offset towards the cost of the clearance. We are not dealers so any prices offered as an offset will be lower than normally achieved.
